باډن ورټم بېرگ د المان هغه یوازنی ايالت دی چي د رېفرنډم يا ټول پوښتنې په ترڅ کي منځ ته راغلی دی. د ۱۹۵۱ م مېلادي کال د دسامبر د مياشتي په ۱۶ مه نېټه پدغه سيمه کي يوه ټول پوښتنه يا رېفرېنډم تر سره سو. ځايي ښځو او نارينو د خپلو رايو په اکثريت سره دې ته لاره هواره کړه چي د پخواني درو ايالتونو باډن ورټم بېرگ، ورټم بېرگ هوهن څولرن او د باډن د ايالت څخه يو نوی ايالت جوړ کړل سي. معنی دا چي درې واړه د باډن ورټم بېرگ په نوم سره يو ځای کړل سي. ددغه ايالت د منځ ته راتلو رسمي نېټه د ۱۹۵۲ م مېلادي کال د اپريل ۲۵ مه نېټه ده.
